Room Description
Welcome to The Studio! It’s a spacious first floor self-catering apartment with private access, ideal for a single traveller or a couple.
The Studio is newly renovated and overlooks open countryside to the front and side, with the third aspect facing onto our garden area. There is parking available for one car and the location is within easy reach of Lancaster, Garstang, Morecambe and surrounding areas and only 5 mins from J33 on the M6 motorway and from Lancaster University.
There is a separate, modern shower room off the main open-plan living space which has a sleep area, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
Towels and bedlinen are provided as are basic toiletries and kitchen products and there is an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pans, in fact there is everything you need to cook a meal in the comfort of The Studio.
The lounge area has two comfy armchairs, a flat screen TV and coffee tables. There is constant hot water and an efficient central heating system which means that you can be comfy in The Studio at any time of year.
Self Catering near Lancaster
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights in The Studio and it is an ideal base for guests who like their own privacy and who want to come and go as they please. Days out can easily be spent in the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales and there is easy access to the Trough of Bowland or the Lancashire coast with its popular seaside resorts of Blackpool and Morecambe. It is also an excellent location for visitors to Lancaster University or the City of Lancaster itself.
