Offering both Bed & Breakfast and a Self Catering Cottage

Our beautiful farmhouse house is snuggled just off the A6, 5 mins south of Junction 33 of the M6. Based in a great location for visiting Lancaster and the surrounding area, including the Lancaster University Campus, we look forward to welcoming you to our home.

We welcome both cyclists and walkers and can provide secure bike storage and wash down facilities for cleaning your bikes or walking boots after a day of exploring the area.

Our delicious hearty full English breakfast is made using only the best local ingredients and will ensure you are set up and ready for the day ahead.

If you would prefer to stay with us for longer and would like to self-cater then you can book Ivy Cottage, a snug self-catering cottage just behind the main Farmhouse that sleeps two (but has a sofa bed so you can sleep four if you want to) and has everything that you need for a break of two nights or more.
